Aruba Ocean Villas is Expanding

Hello,

We are delighted to unveil a series of thrilling enhancements that are certain to captivate your attention. Without further ado, we are currently in the process of creating:

• 7 exquisite overwater penthouse villas (of which 4 have already been completed)

• 8 luxurious garden villas with premium amenities (construction anticipated to start in 2025/2026)

• A splendid new swimming pool (construction anticipated to start in 2025/2026)

• A grand lobby to welcome you in style (completed)

As from 2020, we have begun a new phase in which our small boutique hotel started expanding with brand-new villas. Included are 7 overwater penthouse villas, to be built further down to the right of Dushi Sue (pictured below). These new units will come equipped with their own plunge pool, large private deck, and personal butler service in addition to all the amenities already offered by the hotel. These will be the largest overwater villas yet, expected to be 1.5 to 2 times the size of Dushi Sue! Currently, there are 4 units completed. The last 3 units are expected to be completed end of 2025/2026.

Additionally, we will add 8 new garden villas to form a totally new hotel space, enclosed by a man-made garden of lush vegetation, palm trees, and mangroves. To complement these units, guests of the hotel will finally have access to our first and brand new swimming pool. The best part of the garden units is that they will have direct access to the pool from their room.

The pool will be accessible to guests of Aruba Ocean Villas only.

A New Lobby

To welcome our guests to these new units, a new lobby was constructed in 2021/2022.

Obstacles & Opportunities

While the aforementioned enhancements to our boutique hotel are undoubtedly exciting, we acknowledge that we may encounter certain challenges during the process. The construction sites, with their accompanying noise and views, may not go unnoticed. However, we are pleased to share that the feedback from our guests has predominantly been positive, enabling us to make necessary adjustments to our construction hours. As a result, we have made some accommodations for Dushi Sue bookings, but overall, our operations have remained relatively unaffected. Our valued guests have warmly embraced our proposed alternatives, ensuring their stay remains comfortable without any compromises. We are immensely grateful for their unwavering support and understanding.
